In a lot of pain :(

Hi ladies any know what this can be?? I been having painful menstrual cramps in my lower back and they go to the front to my stomach. Its been constant for about 1 hour now, they hurt a lot i cried a little. The pain gets stronger and goes back to where i can handle it. I went to take a shower and had to sit down because it was too painful. Now i have terrible nauesa, im 37+6.

Oh and they should stay 3-5 minutes apart or closer for an hour. If they're inconsistent then wait for them to subside or become consistent.

Those would be contractions. Start timing them. If the have a pattern of being 3-5 minutes apart and last for 30+ seconds then it would be time to start getting ready to go to the hospital. If you don't know how to time them there is an app called contraction timer and its super easy to use. Good luck
