Is is it safe to wax happy trail (stomach) while pregnant?

Hi everyone!  This is sort of embarrassing, but I had a really bad happy trail, and my doctor had told me that waxing was safe during pregnancy.  So I went and had a lip and brown wax, and had my happy trail waxed (just that line on the tummy).  The wax on my tummy felt a little hot, and afterwards, I started to worry.  I didn't specifically ask my Dr. if the tummy was OK to wax.  I just assumed it was.  Now, I am so worried.   I called my Dr., but she's out today.  Anyone know the answer to this one?

Thanks again!  I had heard waxing was safe, but I just wasn't sure about on the tummy (happy trail)!

1st~ No prob. :) Basically... Waxing, Shaving.. even Dyeing your hair is SAFE. :) I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and I colored my hair 2 days ago.. red and black. (it looks good too!)

You can always google questions, but be forewarned.. some ppl are CRAZY when it comes to pregnancy.. they won't do ANYTHING. lol, because they don't want to "risk" it even when it's nothing that's causing risk.

by the way.. Tylenol is safe and so is Unisom for insomnia... I thought I'd tell you because aches, pains, headaches, and insomnia are all par for the course with pregnancy!
