Lost my mucus plug yesterday, and today all I see is blood in my panties like spotting is this normal?

Yeah I agree with feg90. Thats how my labor started with my son. Didnt lose mucus plug but started spotting. 6 hours later contractions started and when it got too bad I went in to doctor

I would go in just in case. Although your baby is full term at 37 weeks its better to be safe than sorry.

I lost mine on Wednesday, and had spotting too, not anymore, still waiting for labor!
