which way?

i have read that after you have BD you should lay on your back and elevate your legs for about 15-30 minute to help the sperm travel up the cervix. but then i read that you are supposed to elevate your hips instead while laying down. which one is correct or which one is best or both?

In all reality and honesty, neither do anything. When a male ejaculates into a female it's already put exactly where it needs to be. When I fell pregnant we would finish and I would immediately get up, clean myself off and shower. You can either or, or both if they make you feel better about it, but there's little to no need for it.

I just laid there in bed watching tv or went to bed afterwards lol..... We tried the pillow thing, holding my legs up, etc but I didn't fall pregnant unfortunately.... However, in December after BDing, I simply fell asleep afterwards and am now 10 1/2 weeks lol

I just put a pillow that was already within reach under my hips very gently so as to not strain at all.  I then crossed my legs almost criss cross style in the air but just because it was comfortable...then I would fall asleep for the night lol!  It worked many times! This is my 6th pregnancy!  Good luck!
