Just wondering

So basically, I'm just looking for answers. I'm 12 days late, which has never happened before. I started out feeling bloated. and then constant urination. then my food cravings changed... and my breasts are so sore... and then I got sick at work from cleaning the equipment. (which was something I do everyday and have no problem doing) and then today I started to get cramps thinking that maybe I started, but I haven't. I took three hpt's... all which came back negative. So I went to the ER and took one there, and it also came back negative. I guess I'm just scared that somethings wrong with me, I kinda just want to know if I'm pregnant or  not, but I really don't know if it's possible or not at this point if all of my tests have come back negative. can anyone help?

I took the urine test... which I guess at the ER is the same as a ept.  they didn't offer the quantitative blood test
