Go into the doctor! Better to get checked out than just keep worrying. They will do an ultrasound.

When I miscarried I didn't cramp or bleed heavily like everyone says you do when you miscarry.  For a week every time I went to the restroom and wiped, there was blood. Only the day I passed my baby did I start bleeding, clotting and cramping really bad. I've heard in many cases of women lightly bleeding early in pregnancy, but I'd still consider getting it checked out to be safe!

Do you still "feel pregnant"?

For some women the light bleeding is normal as long as there is no cramping.  Personally I would call my ob to get checked out just in case.
