when did you hear babys heartbeat

I go thursday for my u/s ill be 6w 4d. I was wondering if I should hear the heartbeat by then. I can't remember when I heard the heartbeat on my last pregnancy. I wrnt for an ultrasound at 4w 5d and all we saw was the gestational sac so I'm hoping to see more!

I seen my baby's on ultrasound at 6weeks 6 days then heard it at 8 weeks

I saw the heartbeat at 10 weeks. And just heard it for the first time at 17 weeks :)

Most ultrasound that early are internal

I had an intra vaginal ultra sound at 7 weeks so maybe that's why i was able to hear baby?

But either way ill be happy as long as the heartbeat is there! I'm nervous I hope everything goes right

Well my dr office might be different. I remember hearing the babys heartbeat around 7 weeks last time. Maybe different equipment?

Baby is too little to hear the heartbeat, but you'll be able to see it

youll be able to see the baby, and the heartbeat....but you wont be able to hear it yet. i have an appointment thursday also, ill be 9 weeks, and im hoping to hear the babys heartbeat! congrats on your pregnancy :)

I was about 7 weeks when i went in for my first ultrasound and we were able to hear my babys heartbeat.
