scoliosis
Does anyone on here have scoliosis? Nothing seems to be helping the pain, and I still have a long ways to go. /:
I do and yes the warm shower helps or soak in a warm bath for a little bit. But my pain has been getting worse so I'll have to ask my doc tomorrow what else can help
I do.. but its mild... try taking a hot shower to relieve the pain.. Bring this up at your next OB appointment.
