Ladies? I need to know.

What do you all do to keep full? I am constantly hungry but it feels like I eat one minute to be hungry the next! Do you all do full course meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Snacks all day? Large Portions?

Eat healthy throughout the day and eating all the time generally won't be a problem.

I can't stop eating it's insane .My son loves to kick while I eat.I try to eat when I'm hungry but then I would be eating all day .

Small portions throughout the day and lots of fruits,veggies and protein:)

I've been told by my ob to eat several small meals through out the day instead of 3 large. Eat every 2 hours or so and lots of fresh food and protein are good.

Okay! We'll at least I know now. The only issue with me and eating all day is that I have braces so I would get tired of eating, rebrushing, and flossing. I'll figure it out. Thanks ladies!!

I can't eat large meals it like I get really full then an hour later I'm hungry again. So I just snack all day and drink water.

Yogurt, watermelon, cereal,  cheez-its or goldfish. I always carry snacks with me. When Im at home, I like to eat rice since its really filling. I throw some veggies or a lil meat in with it sometimes. I eat salads a lot to, with walnuts and rasberry dressing.

I have a problem staying full too ive lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks and doctor isnt happy. I said its okay I can afford it (im fluffy), she said pregnancy isnt the time to worry about weight loss, i said well i wasnt trying jeesh, im just so sick all day the nausea never ends -_-

Yes def protein and fiber will help you feel full! I get protein bars like special k and ones that dont have any bad stuff in them, and eat atleast one a day, most meats have been turning my stomach, so i find alternate sources. But proteins, fruits and veggies esp greens, beans (i hate any bean lol but they have protein), whole wheat bread, milk, peanut butter on celery is one of my fave snacks recently! Pb has protein too :)

I drink lots of water to keep me full and a tablespoon or two of peanut butter

Every 2 hours snack on fruits/veggies.

Eat small portions of anything especially fruits and veggies every 2 hours that should help a lot

I eat small portions thru out the day and full meal at dinner time lol but im always snackin on fruits carrots crackers stuff like dat lol

I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and maybe have a snack or too but drinking lots of water helps a lot!

Protein! I have 2 eggs for breakfast and stay full until lunch. Anything else and I end up eating 2 breakfasts lol

I eat small portions through out the day :)  and it help to keep me full unless the baby goes crazy and causes me to have a huge craving lol but it does help the only full meal I'll eat is dinner everything else is just smaller portions :)

I just rat as i go.
Dam baby keep stealing my food.
No matter how big the portion.
Just eat when your hungry.
We can at least do that lol
