Laor postparum/sharp pains normal??

After a a week postpartum i started feeling better even had light to no bleeding then the bleeding got heavy again and i have sharp pains anally, they come in waves. It feels like a piece of feces is stabbing me but the pain goes up to my lower abdomin (bikini line area it almost has a burning sensation) i swear its the same feeling when my tube rupture with my ectopic. Is this normal?? I have to stop dead in my tracks when they do come. I had a 3rd degree tear and a hemrroid that was swollen after labor. Its been a week and a half since i gave birth. Oh and the bleeding is light again, it changs all the time.

no i dont plan on that for at least 6 more weeks. Im too sore for that. Im thinking it could be the hemrroid, it was really swollen i guess, i just didnt think they would radiate to the abdominal area. Im going to call him tomarrow.

The pains could be your uterus contracting back down to size but you might want to mention it to your dr. I hope you haven't BD'd yet since you just had the baby a week ago.
I bled for 4 weeks after my son, if went from light to heavy all the time, as long as you aren't soaking a pad in an hour or less I wouldn't worry.

I would go to the doctor to make sure everything is ok. If you happened to BD recently then there is a POSSIBILITY of ectopic and since the pain is the same i would be concerned.
