Late Lactation?

Is there anything wrong if a woman hasn't produced breastmilk, and she's in her last trimester(36 weeks)?

The first few days after the babies birth you only have collostrum - but you will still try and feed every 2-3 hours then at about day 3 or later your real milk will come in and you will know it - will all of a sudden look like Pamala Anderson LOL

Good luck don't worry - your midwife at the hospital will help you with everything

You're right.  Actually, I did not produce real milk (only collustrum) untill my daughter was a week old.
