Has anyone experienced this while pregnant? what should i do?

Can someone tell me if this is normal or if I should go to the ER. I haven't passed a bowel movement in four days and I feel pressure on my butt, but when I sit on the toilet nothing happens. And I'm worried... Sorry for such a private question but I don't know who to ask.

With my first pregnancy I had that issue. I found that eating a fiber one bar twice daily until I had a bm helped. Then I only ate 1 bar a day to help keep me regular

Try getting a stool softener. I have this issue all the time and it is scary but you could just be backed up since pregnancy definitely disrupts bathroom routine. I wouldnt be too worried but if youre concerned you could call your doctor and ask what they recommend.
