Bad uti infection and now late period

My last period was February 10th and ended February 15th. A week later I got a very painful uti. I was in alot of pain, I was also bleeding like it was another period and it even came out of my vagina. The uti lasted until March 1st. I was supposed to start my next period on March 9th and I am 5 days late now. I also have had alot of unprotected sex in those time frames but he never ejaculated inside me. Also I did not go to the doctor or take any antibiotics when I had my uti.Could my late period be because of my bleeding uti or could I be pregnant?

I took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative :(
I dont know whats going on...

If you had unprotected sex you could be pregnant! Just because he says he didn't ejaculate doesn't mean he didn't and there's always pre-c** and that can get u pregnant as well.
