Epidural
How long does the epidural last on you ladies that had it ? Did it hurt when they put it on ? I will be having my baby in a few days and I was just wondering, I'm a first time mommy too !
It didn't hurt it just felt like a bee sting.
After awhile I started to feel some contractions the good thing is they gave me a button to push when I started to feel pain and more medication (epidural) will go in. Of course I could only push that button 1 time within 15 minutes. I only pushed it twice..

I agree if it was painful I didnt notice. For some reason mine didnt seem to be helping after an hour so my bf finally demanded they come back and look it over again which they did and I ended up not being able to even lift my legs lol
To me it felt like a bee sting all most..And most hospitals have it on a pump that always runs so you stay numb until they shut it off. And for me the contractions took away the pain of the epidural lol :) GL
