I agree with Latrice i bought one from walmart and it was a complete waste of money. Even in the third trimester i found it difficult to find the heartbeat. They way spendier ones work way better
i bought it from a friend she works in hospital so she got one for her when she was pregnant its the one the doctors use and i have been tryin to find heart beat but thought maybe to early. And it cost £95 but i bought it for £30
I rented a doppler and got to hear a heart beat at 8 weeks. At that stage you have to be just above your pubic bone . Most people dont get a heart beat till 10-12 weeks though so dont fret.
If you bought it from like walmart or kmart, you cant hear with them until 3rd trimester.(waste of money) You can rent the ones they use at dr.s office threw a web site, you can hear heartbeat in first trimester. Where did you get it from and how much did it cost.
i heard mine at 6wks3days at the doctors office, but that was even on the early end i think. i've heard that those at-home dopplers are a little particular and kind of work when they feel like it...so if you aren't hearing baby's heartbeat with it, don't be alarmed. i would say that by 10 or 12 weeks, beats are heard?? don't quote me by that, but most people i have talked to have heard their baby's heartbeat by around the 2nd appointment. when you hear it, it will be the most BEAUTIFUL sound you have ever heard!!!
