The symptoms could be early pregnancy, but they could also be PMS. It's also possible to magnify symptoms to much worse than they really are when a women desires or is scared of pregnancy. Around 30% of women will experiance implantation bleeding. I personally never had it. It's very possible to become pregnant with PCOS. It can just be a little more difficult. If you've not seen it yet, there's a forum for women with PCOS. You could post there and get answers from women who have it and have gotten pregnant or are trying to conceive.

I also concieved while on metformin, it's not a fluke, it can happen. My pcos was pretty bad as well, going for months without AF. But thank God I'm over 34 weeks pregnant now. Hang in there keep believing, SSBD to you. xx

i got married in 2007.i was diagnosed with PCOS, in 2002 , i started metformin then only.. but i dont rem when and how,, i stopped taking it and gained so much weight in 2004-2005 with hair  on my face .. i think my PCOS got worse.. then before getting married i went to endocrinologist and he put me on Birth control pill and metformin.. that was to control my harmones, which were way too much here and there

immdiately , i started loosing weight and had regular  periods.. after marriage we decided to wait for a baby.. so i continued my pills.. after 1 year , i stopped taking pills but till date i am still on metformin.
i did not conceive for a while.. and had all the test after trying for another year..
my reports were totally normal.. with very regular periods.. it was then we had to go for an IVF, as we found out the reason was male factor

also,if you have been on pills : do not get disheartened , even if you find that you are not getting pregnant  after trying for few more months.. as the effect of the  pills goes totally in 6-8 months,.. My Obgyn refused to see me for 8 months, after stopping pills..

i am very much fine now.. and still continuing on Metformin 500 daily and  2 months pregnant

I am sure with PCOS and even with cyst one can get pregnant without hassels..

i wish you will be giving news of BFP soon..:-)

Hi

i was alos diagnosed with PCOS and was having my periods once in 2-3 months on God's grace.. but after being on metformin, my periods was so very accurate aqnd got into sycle of 28 days...
You might be pregnant.. these are all signs of early pregancy.. metformins, does not delay period.. so i guess this way we will be sure that you have regaular periods now..

Still i would say, you have 5 more days to test for HPT

All the best .. baby dust on you
