Menstrual Cycle

My period lasts for 7 days and after that i have a discharge for a few days. I tried filling out a ovulation calendar so that i will have some help getting pregnant. How do i know how long my menstrual cycle lasts for?. Being that i wasnt too sure i put the average of 28 days.

Check out a site called fertility friend...they make it super easy to calculate all that stuff! It seems a little intimidating at first but its well worth it!

You count the length of your cycle from the first day of your last period to the first day of your next period. The length of your mentration does not calculate. Once you know the average length of your cycle, you can find out when you are supposed to O.
