please help calm my hormonal nerves!!

Ok so this is a long story but please help!! So early this January I moved and started a new job and had just began a break with my boyfriend. So I started my period on Jan 26 2013 and also slept with a friend of mine that day. Days later me and my boyfriend for back together and began sleeping together again. I then again had what I assume to be a period on Feb 21 2013 but it seemed to be early ( so now I'm worried implantation bleeding)... Also it was quite heavy and had many clots ( I know eew sorry!!) Then on mar 6 2013 I took a plan b as well as started birth control. me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex that day after taking the plan b and birthcontrol as well as on mar 7. Then on mar 26 2013 I got a very positive pregnancy test. I had a u/s on April 10 2013 that said I was 6w 6d days which matches perfectly to my "period" on Feb 31 as well as putting conception on the 6 or 7 of march. Since then I have had a u/s at 17w 6d that again perfectly confirmed these dates. So my question is, is there a possibility the u/s was wrong both times and the friend from January could be the dad? Also my uterus is measuring perfectly where it should for a 18 week baby. I just feel really stressed first off because the "period" was early also I took plan b whicheans I shouldn't have ovulated...but Idk if iteans for a certain amount of time or for the whole cycle after its taken. Any help would be very appreciated!!!thanks so much :)

Plan B doesn't stop you from ovulating, and you're very lucky that it didn't kill your baby.  Having sex AFTER taking the plan B pretty much defeats the purpose - as it's meant as back up birth control within 48 hours of having unprotected sex.  Also, PPs are right, the ultrasound can't be that far off and your boyfriend is the father.

The ultrasound is more dependable I believe your bf is the daddy and congrats.

Its highly unlikely that an ultrasound that early is off by 4 weeks. i'd confidently say its your boyfriends baby.
