Midwife pushed low lying foetus (urgent help!!!)?

My wife is 6 mths pregnant.
The baby is low lying and the doc says its small . wife is not taking dinner for the past 6 mts due to vomitting . she takes medicines. Her diet is small and cause of concern.

My aunt has midwife exp and is old woman . She saw my wife and suggest to drink water more. and then she massaged and pushed the baby up . I dont know how much pressure she applied. My wife may lie to avoid my anger. I wonder what to say...should i talk to my doc ....the foetus looks moved up side .

I'm confused about what happened.  Is she still feeling movement?  If you get the feeling that things are not okay, you should call the OB.  I don't think that anyone other than her doctor should be trying to move or change the baby's position.

Babies move around. Its normal. As for being small that is Just a guess. By multiple ultrasounds my daughter was measuring almost a month small and at 39 weeks was born at 1 oz short of 7 lbs. Bigger than my daughter who was measuring right on.
