first ultra sound

I'm pretty sure I'm 9w. But I'm not having my first ultra sound for a few more weeks. When did everyone get thier first ultra sound?

I got mine at about 6 weeks because I was seeing an endocrinologist(reproductive/hormone doctor). He had been doing them about every visit I went in for to see if I was ovulating. He had told me if i hadn't started my period by July 1st to call him. Sure enough no period and a pregnancy test later I was calling him.

I got mine from my family doctor at 7wks 5days because i was on medications and was cramping/spotting and OB couldn't get me in for weeks.
