so uncomfortable :-(

I am 29 weeks 3 days with my second. I am so uncomfortable. My muscles in my back and shoulders are constantly tense no matter what I do or try. Between my hips I feel pressure and my belly feels just plain uncomfortable. I know that I all comes with pregnancy and it sounds like I'm whining probably but does anyone have any advice on how to ease some of this uncomfort, it wasn't quite this bad with my first son? Dr. says tylenol pm and warm baths they don't help, they've referred me to physical therapy but that's not until the 10th. Any advice would be appreciated but please don't get smartalicy or start arguing as I've started to notice on other posts some people have been doing to one another. Thank you :-)

I am not sure where you are from but I have heard the pool is the best thing for relieving the pressure.  Maybe they will do a little of that in therapy also. I'm only 16 weeks and a few days with a little boy and its already hard for me to sleep and sit up sometimes. I can't imagine how you ladies are feeling.  Good luck!!

Thank you I sleep with a body pillow and it helped some but now its just getting even more uncomfortable lol, plus Ive only gained seven pounds and just now really showing so I feel really cramped up inside. I try to take breaks but have a very active almost one year old that's attached to mommys hip so sometimes its hard to come by I'm hoping the physical therapy on the 10 th will help with my muscles being so tense, I can't find anything to help.them.relax and where my shoulders are so tense I get headaches alot. Lol guess its all part of the fun of pregnancy lol

I am 26 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and i completely understand how u are feeling. My back is always killing me i feel so bloated all the time and sometimes bad poking pain the the private area. Sleeping is hard to do as well because it takes forever to get comfortable. I have a high risk pregnancy because of high blood pressure so i really have to be careful... what i would suggest is a bloopy pillow and plenty of rest take many breaks during the day... good luck.

Thank you. This is my second boy. They said some of my discomfort is because there wasnt enough time between my first and now ( my son will be one the 26). We weren't planning another so soon but God had other plans. I would love to try yoga but he stays so low that even just moving my hips a certain way or stretching a certain way I get a sharp pain like I'm puling him or a muscle the wrong way lol. He's so rotten and not even born yet. :-)  hope you find some comfort also and congratulations on your little girl

I'm 27 weeks with my 2nd and I'm in the same boat. I've been trying some prenatal yoga videos and that seems to be helping a little. Some poses are hard to get into but I just do it the best I can. I would try something like that and see how it works for you. I do not remember being this uncomfortable with my son at all but with this little girl she is doing a number on me. :/ good luck. I hope you find something that helps you!
