Need Help

hello my doc said that i am in the middle of miscarrying my baby and my hcg levels are lowering but my progesterone is rising what could this mean they also just gave me a progesterone injection to try to stop the miscarriage but they don't think its going to work is a miscarriage painful will i know if i completley lose the baby

ok i havn't been bleeding yet and the doc started me on injections to try to stop it thank you all for your help

I cant answer the progesterone ?, except if you have not M/C yet then your body might still be producing it because you are still technically pregnant.
A M/C can be painful or involve very little pain, it varies. Typically you will have cramping/bleeding/passing blood clots. Your Dr. will F/U on you and test your HCG levels to see if you have had a full M/C. If your HCG has gotten to 5 or below then the Dr. knows it was a full M/C. If your HCG levels are not dropping or you are having pain after they think the M/C is over, it can be a sign there is still something left over your body hasn't been able to get rid of yet.

People feel miscarriages and others do not. You would however know if you do Miscarry. You would bleed not spot bleed like you were having a normal period and you would have some discoloration in the blood like blacks and grays. If you do miscarry its a good idea to see your doctor to make sure your body is cleansed the way it should be, so you arent at risk for infection.
