A glass of 1% milk, room temp. Ginger ale or sprite. Or just try a s h o t of Apple cider vinegar (ob told me to try that one it seemed to work!
Have you tried ginger? Everyone told me to drink or eat it when I was nauseous but it never helped lol but it may have just been me :)
