Elderberry sambucus?

I know I should ask my doctor and I will call tomorrow but I was just wondering if any of you ladies took elderberry sambucus to help with the flu. I've been sick for the past couple days and it's unbearable. It's difficult to breath anyway, let alone with a stuffy nose. Online reviews are mixed and I'm not sure what I can take while pregnant to make me feel better :( and I can't call my doctor til tomorrow cuz they close early today

I also used Cholraspetic Spray for my sore throat.

I was recently Sick with the Flu. Every inch of my body ached. So I took several different safe items to specifically target my symptoms.
Echinacea Plus Tea to boost my immune system,  Tylenol for aches and pains,  Benadryl for sleep and if it was an allergic reaction to something in the air. I also ate Fresh Grapefruit for vitamin C. I began feeling better the next morning after about 10 hours of straight sleep. Hopefully these will work for you also♥

Call your local hospital and ask them to have the on call Dr for your clinic to call you back and they will be able to tell you what to take.

You know I've never heard of it before but there is this you can take Google the medicines that are safe for pregnancy. I would suggest that instead because they are ones that have been clinically studied that don't cause issues. tylenol and sudafed are a couple on my okay list
