contractions at 20 weeks.
I have every frequent contractions. Should I be worried. Sometimes there painful but for the most part my stomach just gets super hard. Anyone else experiencing this?
Its Braxton hicks contractions, I get them too, walking around, laying down or drinking lots of water can help.
I do too this is my 2nd pregnancy. This mostly normal unless they are unbearable. Your uterus is always contracting even when your not pregnant it's just when your pregnant that it becomes more noticeable. I wouldn't worry unless your bleeding or if they hurt like something crazy
