when to tell people

How far along is a good time to tell people your expecting. I'm only eight weeks but feel after the first trimester is best due to viability. When did you all tell?

12 weeks! After experiencing a miscarriage and then having to go back through every one and tell them nvm was TERRIBLE! So this go around we didnt say anything until after the first ultrasound where we witnessed the heart beating...

We told family and close friends when we were visiting for Christmas at about 7 weeks when we first found out, and waited till our first ultrasound at like 11 weeks when we herd the heart beat to make it public

The 14th week is the "I'm officially pregnant" week. So I would wait till then cause chances of miscarriage are still pretty high before then.

After 12 weeks is a safe bet. Just because im a worry wart and had a miscarriage before i waited until 18 weeks lol

We waited until I was 12 weeks pregnant to tell family and friends although my mom, dad, and two sisters knew sooner because I went to the hospital because I thought I miscarried. So because of that we waited until 12 weeks to tell everyone else. I didn't even get to hear her heart beat until 16 weeks.
