I'm 32 weeks pregnant i wkrk second shift but recently worked 3rd shift now i think my sleeping schedule is off do anyone know what can I do to get some rest?
Getting on a schedule is the best thing you can do. Consistency is key. You can try a routine to help relax ur body and let it know it's time for bed. Like warm bath, read a book, warm milk, lights out, listen to relaxing music etc
