No negativity

Please no negative responses, but I need advice on a healthy way to quit smoking for both baby & me. I don't want to hurt the baby by smoking but I've also heard it can cause stress on the baby to quit cold turkey?

Idk why I guess it's just because I didn't think I could have kids and I want this baby sooo bad but I'm so terrified of miscarrying.

Did you ladies personally do this method? If so how far along were you when you fully quit and is your baby healthy?

Its a good thing you want to quit!:) congratulations, I'm not sure if you can chew the gum while your pregnant, but i would Wein off of them as quickly as possible, like try to quit in a week then replace the habit with something else, like instead of going for a cigg after dinner make a cup of tea or chew sun flower seeds

Cut down to 1-2 a day for a week then 1 a day for a week then quit.

Cut back slowly replace when you'd want to smoke with something like chewing gum or something
