I know your highly fertile after having a baby for 6 weeks. What I want to know is... If you have sex & your still bleeding, does it stop if you are pregnant or does it still go until 6 or so weeks? My son is 3 weeks Monday

Your midwife should have told you not to even think about sex for 6weeks

Thanks. I never knew that it could cause an infection. I dont want to get pregnant just yet, though I was hoping I won't end up pregnant whilst still bleeding. I want to wait a little longer, until he's 1 year old.

A lot of women have babies that close together! My doc said that its unlikely you will immediately get pregnant if your still bleeding. Good luck

It can cause an infection hun I wouldn't risk it wait into you stop bleeding and do you want to get pregnant again straight after the birth of your  nearly 3 week old baby

Idk the answer to this but I wouldn't personally have sex while still bleeding!
