Seems by your ovulation date, you'd be about 5 weeks, which makes sense for your numbers (though the ranges do vary by A LOT) - and they doubled in the 48 hours (that's what's important) so that's great news! Keep us posted and congratulations to you! :-)
thank you so much girls im having an ultrasound done on march 9th...and the first day of my last peroid was jan 16th and i ovulated on jan 30 and feb 1 but im pretty sure thats when i got pregnant..but thanks for your help ill keep you posted
The first time I got an hCG test after IVF (thus, 14 days after conception, or 4 weeks pregnant counted the medical way) my number was something like 410. But as Clysta says, the range of normal is very, very wide in the hCG counts, and you can't associate a count with a start date. Get an ultrasound in about three weeks and ask the tech to be sure to get a crown to rump measurement, and that will help you tell how far along you are. (Don't forget, conception date is not what they count by, they count by the first day of your last period to say how "far along" you are.)
Unfortunately your levels don't tell how far you are. There's a general guide, but you can be outside them. Based on levels, you might be 4-6 weeks.
