Good Morning!

Morning ladies!  Well I woke up and had another really low temp. but I was almost positive I ovulated Friday..so I decided I would copy my chart onto here hoping someone who is familiar with charting could give me some input.  Also I started on some progestrone yesterday morning.  In that aspect I guess my temp would have even been lower this morning had I not begun that yesterday.  Let my know if this link does not work.

After ovulation, your temps will rise 3 days in a row and stay high.  Temps change all the time.  It could be a result of just tossing and turning.  Temps are very sensitive and the worst is that temp charting only tells you AFTER you ovulate.  I would use OPK's this week and next...progestrone keeps your temps high after O...is this prescribed by your OB?

yeah last month I was expecting a 45 day cycle and it surprised me at 35 days so I don't have any reason to believe that it couldn't be a 30 day cycle, or that it isn't going to be a 40 day one.  Guess I will just have to wait it out and keep Baby dancing.

i am going to test at dop10 and 12.  so in about 3 days.  I have read some of the other posts.  I didn't know you had irregular cycles.  are you not using opk. you probably should.  that is what i have been using.  but if you have a 28 to 31 day cycle then it is possible.  and that fact that you have low progesterone that makes a big difference.  progesterone is what makes your temps rise.

what do you think could have caused the large dip on friday and the spike on Sat if I haven't ovulated yet?

And your temps will be much higher after Oing...they are still very low.

Oh then you are probably approaching ovulation.  Progestrone will help lengthen your luteal phase which will help an egg stick.

i have always had normal periods up until the past year.  Then they started at 65 days apart and started to get shorter lately.  Last month was 35 days

well i just have low progesterone in general.  I worry that due to having low progesterone my temps aren't going to be consistent enough for 3 days to get a coverline on FF.

I looked at it again-if you have 28ish day cycles then you probably did ovulate...are you taking OPK's?

FF has not detected ovulation yet.  If you have a history of long cycles then you probably didnt O yet.  Are you on progestrone for a short LP?  I would not stop BD or you may miss it.

thanks timika....this is my first month charting so I don't really know what is good and what is bad.  I had some cramping in my uterine area yesterday but I didn't expect anything like that until around 8dpo or so.  I'm going to try and not get my hopes up.  Thanks again.  When are you going to be testing?

to me this looks very promising.  you had an implantation dip today it looks like yesterday.  and it seems to be a slow rise today.  i have read you are suppose to implant 5 to 10 days after ovulation.  let me know how it turns out as i am in the same boat. besides i had an implantation did on dpo 7 today  so baby dust to you and keep in touch
