Ok I posted a question earlier about EWCM in early pregnancy and I googled it and I found an article saying EWCM in earl pregnancy could be my cervix thinning out and dilating and expelling the mucous that was going to form the mucous plug!! WTH!!!! Has anyone ever heard of this??? Has anyone had EWCM and had a successful pregnancy? Ugghhh I need to stop googleing!!!!!!

google is the devil.. in my first pregnancy, on every question i googled, i found things that said it was normal and things that said it was not good... i found it quite frustrating..    iam trying to stay away this time but so far, i havent been good....

but after finding out at a 12 week ultrasound that develop had stopped at 7 weeks with no symptoms that things were wrong........ that every pregnancy is different..

so trust the #'s = 600 is awesome (up from 174)

I am really nervous about my pregnancy as well this time around but i keep just telling myself, i have no reason to be concerned at this point.. it doesnt help all the time  im sure ill be getting upset with google within the next couple weeks =P

Dr. Google is not a licensed medical professional. ;-Þ

In all seriousness EWCM during pregnancy is normal. Your doctor or midwife might tell you that it is a common side effect and that many women have it so bad they need to wear pads. I have EWCM and I'm not miscarrying. Just had a sono and baby is A-Okay!

It normal to get lots of discharge during pregnancy. Some people get it so bad they have to wear panty liners.

Your funny I would say disable google for a few weeks ;-) I had tons of ewcm in early pregnancy when I had my daughter. I kept thinking it was blood and rushing to the bathroom because I was paranoid. So I guess for some people it must be normal.

I always have EWCM at inappropriate times whether pregnant or not.  I was so concerned that I asked my doctor about it.  I told her that I didn't get it when ovulating but always did sometime around 4-6 days after ovulating.  I can tell you that I have had that pregnant or not and she said it was normal and that it could happen for hundreds of reasons.  I wouldn't stress out about it.  Take each day one by one and enjoy your time with your bean!  Plus stressing out is bad for baby.  Good luck...excited to hear about your good numbers tomorrow!

Stop googling! (I should take my own advice...) But I have noticed that sometimes the things people post are completely wrong, so you can't trust everything you read online. Lots of women mention discharge as a symptom of early pregnancy. Do you have an hcg blood test schedule at your doc? They can check if the numbers are doubling in 48 hrs, and that might help put your mind at ease about how things are going. Good luck!
