Overwhelming

So doc told me baby is in  the right position  already for labor, im 37 weeks today and sometimes when i feel baby move i get this extreme sharp pain in my lower abdominal its not constant but it sure does hurt... And at nights its so difficult to change possitions. Anyone else going thru this ?

I'm 34+1 and I have the same exact problem. When I go to the doctor on Wednesday I plan on asking them to check me to see if I am dilated!
