Ovulation Calculator
For people like me who were diagnosed with PCOS how do we calculate our ovulation? You have to remember that a lot of us have irregular periods and our cycles are sometime 60 and more days.

i dont have pcos but very irregular periods ranging from 6-13 weeks apart.
The only way i knew when to pin point ovulation was to look for a change in CM.
But for me that wasnt enough, so i bought ovulation sticks.
Started testing as soon as i got them and got a positive on 3rd of Aug, making this 8 weeks from my lmp.
Had i not bought them i would not have know.
So thats prob your best bed :-)
