PELVIC SEPERATION - SEVERE PAIN

I'm really suffering from 'pelvic seperation'.
I'm 31 weeks and it started at around 25 weeks. It's getting worse and I'm getting really down and upset from the never ending discomfort. I find myself crying daily because of it.
I told my midwife who said it was 'mild psd', mild is an understatement. I cannot walk for longer than 5 mins, it hurts continuously. I can't sleep, bend down, or even stand on all fours. I was told by someone that I have to have a c-section because if it's that bad my pelvis could shatter during the birth, is this true? It does sound a little far fetched but I am concerend as to what this condition will mean for the birth.

If anyone could give me some feedback I'd be really greatful, It really is getting to me.

Thank You :)

No need for a c-section. My pain didn't stop until around 6 wks post delivery there is a light at the end of the tunnel. :)

i have also been having that and mine started at 30 weeks,...unfourtanally it hasent stopped but my doctor told me to take it easy and rest...as for the pain he told me atasol and tylenol are ok to take for the pain...I wasent told that my would shatter all i was told was that i had to take it easy and thats its going to get more painful as the pelvis streches apart for baby!! So heads up to that and take it easy hun it helps with the pain..trust me..it works to have your feet up!! Good luck and dont let it get to you..no need of stressing this late in the game...!!
