PLEASE HELP! I don't know who the father is!

I had an affair with an ex and the last day we had sexual intercourse was March 30th. I ended things a few days after to try to mend things with my husband. My husband and I ended up having sex with no protection what so ever. My husband admitted to not pulling out in time. He also admitted to not pulling out in time a week before March 30th. I used a VCF (vaginal contraceptive film, which means a film I can insert into my vagina that will kill sperm for the next 3 hours) with my ex. My husband knew he probably got me pregnant and knew that if I hadn't had my period the week that it was supposed to come then I was pregnant. I took a test April 17th and the test came out negative. I took another test on April 23rd or 24th and it came out positive! Would that meant that my husband is the father??? My period usually comes the second week of every month and my last period was last month on the second week. Please help and give me your honest opinion!

I agree, your going to have to wait to find out once baby is born. But relax and don't stress (easier said then done, I know)...your having a baby and that is wonderful! I am sure everything will work out in the end. To a healthy pregnancy and baby!

The issue you have here is that you had sex with both your husband and the EX all very close together. I understand you used this VCF, however there is always a chance that not all sperm were killed as sperm can live for days in a womans body, this is why some women can get pregnant with sperm that is 4 days old in her body. Also the ovulation day can vary every month as well. Your best and safest best to determine who is the father will be by doing a DNA test. You could hazzard a guess at who the father is when you get give your due date, but i think you should just wait until the baby is born and do the DNA test. Hopefully the child turns out to be your husbands.
