nauseous on a empty stomach

Yes! Going through that now. I'm concerned about gaining unnecessary weight in my first trimester because I'm eating now just to make sure I don't throw up.

Yes! Bad, I always had to have something in my stomach if I didn't I'd start throwing up. So glad that stage has passed

Majorly! It was really uncomfortable, too, because then when I tried to eat it to fix it, it was even more difficult to swallow everything.
