Oh how I have found a new love in an ice pack I am in alot of pelvic pain from the baby sitting low n my hips rotated out n i have n ice pack between my legs n lord its helping just thought id let everyone else know incase u would like to try it to relieve ur pelvic pain
right on my private where the pelvic bone meet mine are grinding against one another i kinda sit on it its a hard ice pack n stays cold along time feels amazing
