Have you had your HCG monitored until it went back to under 5 as until this happens you wont get a period, I had a m/c at 5wk6d and my HCG didnt go below 5 for 10 weeks then it was about 4 weeks after then that i had a period, did you have a natural m/c or dnc because if you had a natural m/c it could take a while for your body to get back to normal.

Sorry for your loss!!

Yeah i wouldnt worry at this stage hun,its going to take a while until your body re-adjusts. You should have a period within 8 weeks of the complete miscarriage. I dont know how it is in australia with insurance for health care ect but i had weekly scans to make sure the miscarriage was complete and weekly blood tests.

I hope things return to some noramilty soon!

Good luck hun.

Thank you,  I had a natural m/c (well I had the tablets that induced it).  My doctor said that my HCG levels would half every day until they were gone and my emotions have got back to normal in the last 2 weeks so hopefully that is a sign that the levels are down... She never mentioned anything about checking my levels.

I'l be a little more patient and if it hasn't arrived I'l go to the doctor. Thanks

No I wouldn't be worried, give it another 4 weeks and if it hasn't arrived see the doctor, it just takes time for things to settle down.
