Period is over 2 weeks late!

OK, so my regular cycle is around 38 days, and it has been pretty consistent. But now, it's day 56 and I'm freaking out! I have had my period for almost 7 years now, so I doubt it's because I haven't had it long enough.

I am not sexually active.

I went to Mexico during the time after my last period and I ate really healthy foods (fruits, vegetables), and went to the gym almost every day I was there. I usually don't work out that much, so maybe that's it. And before going to Mexico, I began to jog for an hour every other day for a couple of days. But, after Mexico, I started to slow down again, and not work out as much. I went back to my normal eating habits, and now I'm late.

Also, sorry this is so long, but after Mexico, I was really really sick for 1 day. I couldn't even stand. That was one day before my driving test, and I was nervous, but not THAT much. On the day of my driving test I felt better, and it was only stressful for about 30 min before the test! I didn't fail, but do you think maybe the sickness, which I don't know what it was, the stress of my driving test, or my change in eating habits, are causing my period to be this late?

I also want to mention that I have changed my eating and exercise habits before and have been more stressed out than I have been this month, and have never had this issue before!

If you are pregnant, a home pregnancy test should show an accurate reading at this point, so I would try that first.

it is normal to have irregular periods some time , every time late periods does not mean there is anything wrong . but you can see the doctor to confirm what wrong.
