Already seen my period but can i still be pregnant?

This seems weird but i am very curious to know if i am pregnant.

My boyfriend and i had sex in late may and early june. We used protection. The time that we did it in may he ejeculated while his penis was still inside me (with the condom on) i never heard the condom burst. Anyways around the second week of june what i believe was my period came on. It was a bit heavier than usual and seemed a bit longer, My period only last exactly three days and after the second day it is not that much blood but this particular time it last five days and was heavy right to the end. A week and a half later i developed a bad habit of spitting. I cant help it i always have to spit and it is always alot of it in my mouth. It feel nasty. During about a week after the spitting started my breast got tender and heavy. My breast usually only gets tender about three days before my period. I also developed a habit of sleeping. I tend to feel nauseous and tired so i sleep alot lately. I am not use to any changes in my body but this one just seem bizarre to me. I contacted my ob/gyn and he told me that what i thought was my period could have been vaginal bleeding. I really want to find out whats wrong but i am relunctant because i dont want to hear that i'm pregnant. I know the chances are very unlikely but i am so worried and really want to get some opinion and advice as to what to do.

theyre right, if it wouldve been light bleeding or spotting then perhaps it couldve been implantation bleeding which happens to some women when they are pregnant. But If you say it was a little heavier bleeding perhaps it was an off cycle or some sort of hormonal inbalance.If you had protected sex, the chances of you being pregnant are low. Take a pregnancy test hun, or visit your doctor, so you can know for sure. Best of luck!

as clysta says,take a test asap.i'm confused abt the bleeding tho.the symptoms do point to pregnancy but only a test can affirm it.

If you were pregnant, you wouldn't be bleeding like that. Nor would you get a period at all. You might spot or have a really light flow. It sounds like just an off cycle. I've heard of vaginal bleeding where women mistake it for a period while pregnant, but if you used protection the chances would be slim. By now a test should show a positive, so if you want you can take a pregnancy test with first morning urine.
