has anyone's cycles been messed up after an early miscarriage

I was usually 28 days, and now nothing.  I have been taking my BBT and there was a definite drop but no rise.  My HCG levels were below 5 around Jan 2 and then my next period was 2/3.  Do I count that as a 33 day cycle.  All the EWCM seemed to come around day 14.  I feel so helpless.

With my 2 m/c last year the period was different. With the first it took me 7 weeks for the period to start and with the second 5 weeks. The body has to get rid of all the hormone and get back to normal stage. It may take a while.

I m/c late November and didnt have a proper period until 25th Jan, i took it that im back on a 28 day cycle but i actually dont know if this is the case anymore due to my m/c if i get AF this friday then i will be on a 28 day cycle if i dont and it comes latter i will at least know what my new cycle is. When you m/c your body goes through so much it can take a long time to adjust.
