The sperm is deposited at the cervix but what goes up must come down. Standing on your head is an old wives tale lol... Whether or not it helps, is a matter of how things go and how healthy your sperm is and how healthy your wife is. It can take even a healthy couple 6 months to a year or more to conceive. Eat a balanced diet, exercise and time ovulation to the best of your ability. Usually a woman will ovulate 12-14 days before her period, if she has a regular cycle. If not, then try using opk's (ovulation predictor kits) to pin point when she will ovulate. Just lie down after sex and wait about 10-20 minutes. Good luck and hoping for the best.
