Louise is right, you really can't tell by looking at these scans.
You could ask at your next scan however if you don't have another ultrasound scheduled any time soon you can buy gender prediction kits from a chemist or from ebay.
They are said to be approx 90% accurate.

From these pics there is no way of telling, as a pic hasnt been made in the right area. If you have another scan, sometimes they can tell u.
