Pregnancy After Cerclage (many other health issues)

Well I am positive now that I am pregnant however I am extremely scared.  I have currently have 3 children (daughters so a son would be amazing) with all 3 of my girls pregnancies I had a lot of medical issues.  With my first I got pancreatitis and was induced, she had seizures for unknown reasons until she was 6 months old. With my second I got post partum eclampsia and seized for hours before I was found, 2 weeks later my second child was diagnosed with a heart condition called Wolfe Parkinson White Syndrome and she now has febrile seizures as well. My third child my cervix was thinning too quickly so my doctor performed a Cerclage. Now that daughter has seizures as well. With all of the issues I have had with myself and my children's health I am a little scared.  And what are the chances of me being able to carry this baby to term after having a cerclage with the last? Any advice would be great!

I have two daugthers that both were born through a cerclage procedure. With my first daugther I started having seizures myself and I wnet to my doctors only to find out that I was dilating at 3 months.  I was already 3 centimeters so they performed the cerclage. With my second daugther I had a cerclage put in at 15 weeks because of preterm labor. She was born prematurely at 32 weeks, but she was pretty healthy. I am now pregnant with my third child that me and my husband decided we wanted because we were trying for a boy, even though the doctors said not to, but they put the cerclage in and I am now 36 weeks about to have the cerclage removed. So I have had three cerclages and no complaints.  Also with the seizures I am not sure if you have check on this yet, but have they tested you to see if there might be something that you are passing down to the children that they might be able to make dorment throught out your pregnancy.  I am really not a health person with cancer, strokes, lupus, heart attacks, and seizures.  But my doctors and my spiritual beliefs make it possible for none of my kids to be ill.  My daughters are both healthy because I had tested and medication that kept them safe.  And of course I pray over them everyday.

My goodness. You have had alot to deal with. Kudos to you for being able to handle all of that. Well I'm not very familiar with cerclage. So I can't really give you any advise about that. I guess just talk to your Dr. about it and see what he thinks. Good luck to you and congrats!
