Just walk away when you feel your temper getting out of control, if your partner gets mad at that tryvto explain as calmly as u can that you perfer ti be left alone at that time. Take a short walk or warm bath and relax. If there are things ur partner does regularly that set you off try talking (when ur in a good mood) for two month me and my fiance did nothing but fight, but were fine!
