pregnancy

I am a 43 year old female trying to have a 3rd child....my last normal cycle was October 12,2010. I am on a 28 day cycle and on November 8th right on time i started spotting but it was only enough to wipe on tp for 2 days and then it went away and i am normally 6 days heavy with cramping.I have taken several home pregnancy tests but they have all come back negative. My question is could i still be pregnant even if the home pregnancy tests are negative. with my first child i thought i had the flu and with my second child the home pregnancy tests didn't pick up until my 4th month. Should i go in for a blood pregnancy test or just wait until December 6th to see if my cycle is gonna start?

If it were me I would just wait and see whether or not decembers period shows up.  At this early stage there isn't much the doctors can/will do anyways.  Were you on any type of birth  control prior to ttc?
