Respond asap first time mom

I'm 14 weeks today and basically I feel a throbbing feeling in my vagina well close to it . I'm not bleeding or cramping really bad ... I googled it and it basically said my uterus is growing . Is this true ? I seen my baby today had a strong heartbeat I'm just kinda uncomfortable and want to know if this is normal ? My sister in law says it is I just get anxiety really fast lol . Somebody reply with a honest answer thanks .

Hi, congrats on the baby first of all.  Yes, you will have all sorts of aches, pains, throbbing, pressure, etc. during pregnancy.  Your body goes through a good deal to accommodate a growing baby.  So, I would not worry.  No contractions or spotting?  Even better.  So, just hang in there. Anxiety is normal during pregnancy.  Keep busy which helps take our mind off of it.
