Menstrual cramps

I'm 34 weeks and having the strongest menstrual type feeling cramps ever. My Lower back is in so much pain. It's almost unbearable. Should I be concerned? Did anybody experience this before labor?

I had back labour with my daughter didn't give birth til 5 days after though but if yours is constant I'd go to the er xx

I would definitely go get checked out at the emergency room If your in labor they still may be able to stop it.

No I can't time them. It's just constant. :/

Could be back labor I'm not sure maybe calk l&d if it don't ease up soon
