Every woman is different. My first birth I bled heavy. With my second's birth there was less and it was over a shorter period of time. Maybe they got a lot of the blood out before they sewed you back up.

maybe i can get my hubby to get a vasectomy.  I know that he would do it if I asked.  I can't stand the thought of getting pregnant and having to terminate it not to mention I have no idea what I would do with another baby.

I was also wondering if I am normal.  After my c section, I really did not bleed a lot.  I had a period or more like spotting from July 26-August 9th.  But it was barely spotting.  Does this sound normal?  Should I not be bleeding more than that?  Or is it a possible sign of something being wrong?

You'd have to have an ultrasound to determine if it was ectopic (if and when you become pregnant). Some women with tubals DO have normal, healthy pregnancies without complication.

But if it was in your tubes, yes, you would have to terminate. There's no way to save the baby. You could always use condoms or something else while sex. Using 2 methods will probably keep you from becoming preggo.

My doctor told me that if I did become pregnant I will more than likely be unable to carry it b/c it would in my tubes.  Im not exactly sure that understand that though. Does that mean I would have to terminate the pregnancy?  I know that it is too late now, but I wish that I had not had it done.  Should we being using added precautions?

I think the chances of becoming pregnant are a lot lower for a woman with a tubal ligation. But yeah, you're right, it's still possible. Your doctor can always run tests or prescribe something to keep you from ovulating. Other than that, whatever happens will happen for a reason!
